Join us for an intimate community panel hosted inside the Milwaukee World Festival headquarters for the first time in Juneteenth history.
Culture, Camera, and Community is a special conversation presented by Northcott Neighborhood House, in partnership with Summerfest and Gaining Visuals. This gathering centers the power of storytelling, tradition, and creative agency in the Black Milwaukee community — from the streets of the Juneteenth Parade to the stage of the city’s largest music festival.
Moderated by Nadeena, founder of Gaining Visuals, this discussion highlights how legacy institutions and grassroots creatives can come together to preserve culture, empower artists, and shape the future of Juneteenth in Wisconsin.
